Watching manatees swim right by our deck while enjoying coffee every morning was lovely. The availability of bikes and kayaks enhanced our experience, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings effortlessly.

i got a brand-new and clean room with an absolutely gorgeous view over sea. the location was great and super - near publix's and public beach and drug store. i had coffee at bubble & co tea bar, located within 10 minutes walk.

Greatly enjoyed a microwave oven, a fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment in the room. It was with bathtubs.

The boathouse was beautifully decorated with cozy furnishings, and the deck provided amazing marina views. I loved sipping my morning coffee while watching manatees swim by. The serene atmosphere.

The serene marina views from my own deck were amazing, great for peaceful moments between meetings. The staff was attentive and ensured every detail was handled effectively. Access to kayaks was a good bonus for unwinding after long days.

Just a smart choice for a short visit in Marathon with decent value for money. The views from our room were fine, especially watching the sunrise while enjoying coffee. If you drink tea, make sure to request it ahead of time.

The houseboat was super clean and had a cozy feel. Air conditioning kept things cool, and we loved the view from the balcony. We saw manatees from our outdoor seating area, amazing. Kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Access to bikes and kayaks was a fun addition!

Private bungalow, quiet atmosphere, with excellent cooking facilities, made our stay nice as we enjoyed coffee on the back deck while watching manatees swim by, all just a short drive from the nearest airport.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Beautiful Double Room with Balcony and Sea View. The location was excellent, with easy access to a grocery store and nearby restaurants. The houseboat was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the peaceful views and saw manatees right from our deck 🌊

Enjoyed watching the manatees each morning. The bedding could have been cleaner, as we found some leftover items from previous guests. It was a unique experience in a serene location.

The bed in our room was comfortable and we had a fantastic view, the location was amazing with a stunning view of a beach club nearby, and we were just 1 mile away from popular attractions like Icon Park.

The parking was onsite. the room was brand-new. All the staff was super friendly and solved my issues. the location was marvelous to a local beach club and met requirements. It's near groceries, drug stores, awesome beach, restaurants, a marina in the Keys, and Pigeon Key. I had a really unforgettable stay and would stay there again.
